The staff is superbly friendly here, the services are great, and location is amazing near Chicago for the first time with a group of friends for an extended Thanksgiving weekend and the main shopping area and river and "easy walking distance. The room is beautifully maintained and spotless with nice views, everything is nice. The breakfast is great for a bowl of cereal, had outstanding food.

The bed was super comfy, one of the nicest I've slept on in a hotel lately. The location on the river was perfect, and the staff was very helpful. The price was a steal at $75 per night over the Christmas holiday, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean with a decent view onto the river. I loved the Westin bedding, as always.
Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is upscale and boasts amazing views and an incredible location near the main shopping area of the Mile and train stations. The staff is excellent, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The breakfasts are great, service is outstanding, and the food is excellent. Plus, there is convenient on-site parking. Thank you for a good stay.
